Dove View comprises of two appartments (The Peaks and The Dales) within a lovingly restored former coach house with outstanding views of the River Dove and the valley beyond. It is located in Mayfield, near Ashbourne, in the Derbyshire Peak District.

Both The Peaks and The Dales apartments sleeps four people and if you book both apartments then up to eight people can be accommodated.

Dove View is located within the Derbyshire Dales and at the edge of the Peak District National Park, so for a slice of luxury look no further. It is a charming base for exploring the wonderful scenery and attractions, which include Dovedale & Manifold valleys, the Tissington Trail, Thorpe Cloud, Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, Carsington Water & Ilam Hall

Originally an old coach house, Dove View has been pleasantly restored and refurnished to a very high standard. The property has been tastefully decorated to compliment the original exposed oak beams and boasts glorious views over the River Dove and valley beyond. Situated conveniently only a mile from Ashbourne, Dove View is an attractive and relaxing apartment, which is entered from an elevated private parking area, via its own secluded garden, which includes a patio area which is suitably furnished

The welcome pack and the facilities were excellent. The standards of cleanliness etc., were extremely high and the whole accommodation was cosy and felt secure. The location was ideal for touring both the Peak District and Staffordshire.

The accommodation was great. Very clean and very warm. The owners seemed to think about everyone's needs - adults and children. We were greeted with fresh flowers and bread, milk, tea and coffee which saved us from having to go out looking for shops on our arrival.
